THE PILOT EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF ENGINE POWER DURING THE TAKEOFF LEG. POST ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT THE FUEL SELECTOR WAS IN THE NEAR CLOSED POSITION.
