THE PILOT TOUCHED DOWN WITH EXCESSIVE SPEED, AND DUE TO THE POOR MECHANICAL CONDITION OF THE AIRCRAFT'S BRAKES, WAS UNABLE TO STOP BEFORE OVER-RUNNING THE DEPARTURE END OF THE RUNWAY.
