Probable cause & findings
DOUBLE ENGINE FAILURE DUE TO FUEL EXHAUSTION. THE FUEL EXHAUSTION WAS CAUSED BY INCORRECT INFLIGHT FUEL CONSUMPTION CALCULATIONS AND ONE INACCURATE FUEL QUANITY GAUGE.
