THE PLT REPORTED THAT DURING THE LANDING APPROACH, THE ROTOR RPM DECREASED & THE HELICOPTER LANDED HARD. AFTER TOUCHDOWN, THE HELICOPTER SKIDDED INTO AN UNOCCUPIED PICKUP TRUCK.
