Factual narrative
THE PLT STATED THAT HE WAS PRACTICING SINGLE ENGINE PROCEDURES AND HE FORGOT TO LOWER THE LANDING GEAR. ANOTHER PLT ALERTED HIM ON THE RADIO AND HE ATTEMPTED TO LOWER THE GEAR BUT LANDED WITH THE GEAR ONLY PARTIALLY EXTENDED.
