THE AIRCRAFT WAS LANDED WITH THE GEAR RETRACTED. THE PILOT REPORTED THAT HE WAS DISTRACTED BY ANOTHER AIRCRAFT IN THE PATTERN AND FAILED TO EXTEND THE GEAR.
