WHILE ATTEMPTING TO LAND AT AN ARPT AT NIGHT WITHOUT THE USE OF RWY LIGHTS, THE ACFT TOUCHED DOWN TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RWY ON THE GRASS.
