THE LATE EXTENSION OF THE LANDING GEAR BY THE PILOT.

Factual narrative

THE ACFT WAS ON SHORT FINAL WHEN THE ARPT MGR OBSERVED THAT THE LANDING GEAR WAS NOT EXTENDED. HE NOTIFIED THE PLT USING THE UNICOM RADIO.
