THE EXCESSIVE APPLICATION OF BRAKES DURING THE LANDING ROLL BY THE PIC. CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WAS HIS DIVERTED ATTENTION WHILE OBSERVING A FLAGMAN NEAR THE RUNWAY.
