Factual narrative

IMMEDIATELY AFTER TAKEOFF, THE ENGINE STOPPED AND THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH TREES AND THEN THE TERRAIN. INSPECTION REVEALED CONTAMINATION IN THE FUEL TANK, THE LINES AND THE FILTER.
