DURING THE INITIAL CLIMB AT APRX 10 FT AGL THE AIRSPEED DROPPED TO 40 KTS AND THE STALL WARNING HORN CAME ON. THE PLT PUSHED THE NOSE DOWN TO PREVENT A STALL.
