Factual narrative
N8CF MADE AN EMERGENCY LANDING IN A WOODED ARE AFTER EXPERIENCING A DUAL ENGINE FAILURE APRX 50 MINUTES AFTER TAKEOFF./ THE FUEL PRESSURE GAGE FOR THE FRONT ENGINE DISPLAYED ERRATIC ELEVATED READINGS. THE PILOT THEN DECIDED TO RETURN TO THE DEPARTURE AIRPORT AND WHILE HOLDING AT 3000 FT THE FRONT ENGINE FAILED FOLLOWED BY THE REAR ENGINE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS DESTROYED WHEN IT COLLIDED WITH TREES DURING THE EMERGENCY DESCENT. Source: NTSB Aviation Accident Database (Pre-2008 Archive) Retrieved: 2026-02-12
