THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH A BIRD WHILE DESCENDING FOR AN APCH TO LANDING AT OCEAN CITY. SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE RESULTED TO THE RIGHT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER.
