SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, THE AIRCRAFT WAS UNABLE TO CONTINUE CLIMB OUT. THE PILOT LOWERED THE NOSE TO LEVEL FLIGHT, HOWEVER THE AIRSPEED CONTINUED TO DROP AND THE AIRCRAFT CRASHED.
