UPON LANDING, THE FLIGHT ENCOUNTERED STANDING WATER ON THE RUNWAY AND THE AIRCRAFT HYDROPLANED VEERING RIGHT OF THE CENTERLINE. THE MAIN LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED CAUSING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE.
