THE PILOT WAS ON TAKEOFF ROLL WHEN HE DECIDED TO ABORT. HE STATED THAT HE FELT THE ENGINE WAS NOT DEVELOPING ADEQUATE POWER AND THE AIRSPEED WAS NOT UP TO REQUIRED TAKEOFF SPEED.
