Factual narrative

THE PILOT WAS PERFORMING TOUCH AND GO WHEEL LANDINGS. DURING AN APPROACH THE PILOT CAME IN TOO LOW AND THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR IMPACTED AN ELECTRIC POWER POLE.
