Factual narrative

On April 1, 2013, about 1700 universal coordinated time, a Cessna 210H, Australian registration VH-EFB, impacted the water under unknown circumstances near Darwin Aerodrome (Anson Bay), Australia. The airplane was substantially damaged and the pilot and three passengers were fatally injured. The airplane was operated by a private party under the pertinent civil regulations of the government of Australia. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Australia.
