Factual narrative

On October 27, 2016, at 0745 universal coordinated time (1315 local time), a Cessna 500 SII Citation, VT-KMB, sustained minor damage following a runway excursion in Banswara, India. The airplane was operated under the pertinent regulations of the Government of India. The two flight crewmembers and seven passengers were uninjured.The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of India.
