Drawing List 46M1024-301, Revision N/C, dated December 5, 1995, or later FAA approved revision as an acceptable alternate to Pratt & Whitney part number 50R280-01 or 51R059-01 insulation blankets.

What is an STC?

A Supplemental Type Certificate authorizes a major modification or alteration to an FAA-certificated aircraft. STCs are how operators legally install new avionics, change fuel systems, add floats, swap engines, etc. — every change beyond a minor modification needs one.
