Fabrication of the Onboard Model 200-095-00 Multi-Channel Electrical Slip-Ring Kit in accordance with Onboard Systems Master Drawing List No. 155-022-00, Revision B, dated March 11, 2010, or later FAA approved revision; and installation of this system in accordance with FAA approved Onboard Systems Owner's Manual No. 120-034-01, Revision 11, dated March 11, 2010, or later FAA approved revision. Inspect the Multi-Channel Slip-Ring Kit in accordance with Section 4 of Onboard Systems Owner's Manual No. 120-034-01, Revision 11, dated March 11, 2010, or later FAA approved revision.
What is an STC?
A Supplemental Type Certificate authorizes a major modification or alteration to an FAA-certificated aircraft. STCs are how operators legally install new avionics, change fuel systems, add floats, swap engines, etc. — every change beyond a minor modification needs one.
