(HTSI) Document No. HTS-LIBID-001, Installation Drawings for Concorde Valve Regulated Lead Acid Battery P/N RG-390E, Revision IR, dated October 16, 2002, and Section 7 of Concorde s document 5-0142, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness/Maintenance Manual Supplement Concorde Valve Regulated Lead-Acid Main Battery, Revision F, dated June 20, 2002, or later FAA approved revisions. This modification must be maintained in accordance with Concorde s document 5-0142 listed above.
What is an STC?
A Supplemental Type Certificate authorizes a major modification or alteration to an FAA-certificated aircraft. STCs are how operators legally install new avionics, change fuel systems, add floats, swap engines, etc. — every change beyond a minor modification needs one.
