(2) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) NT0028-ICAO-OIOO, Rev IR, dated 6/24/2019, or later FAA accepted revision. The ICA and its contents must be incorporated into the operator's maintenance program.
What is an STC?
A Supplemental Type Certificate authorizes a major modification or alteration to an FAA-certificated aircraft. STCs are how operators legally install new avionics, change fuel systems, add floats, swap engines, etc. — every change beyond a minor modification needs one.
