Enhancing the Glide Performance of Advanced Air Mobility Aircraft

Information pertaining to an airplane’s engine-out glide performance is required by federal regulation to be included in the pilots operating handbook (POH).

Leveraging Aircraft Transponder Signals for Measuring Aircraft Fleet Mix at Non-Towered Airports

The general aviation sector has contributed significantly to the overall growth of the aviation industry. Fleet mix and operations information is important for the analysis of both the safety and the environmental and ec…

Adaptive filtration of the UAV movement parameters based on the AOA-measurement sensor networks

Currently, the urgent task is to assess the small-sized maneuvering UAVs movement parameters. The location of an unknown UAV as a radio source can be determined using AoA measurements of the wireless sensor network.

Assessment of EGNOS Performance for Civil Aviation Flight Phase in the Edge Coverage Area

The performances of the navigation systems used for different flight phases especially in the landing of an aircraft must be very high.

Cruise Missile Integrated Air Defense System Penetration: Modeling the S-400 System

This research determines improved flight-path routes that make maximum utilization of terrain-masking opportunities, and defending radar and missile system equipment performance and launch timing constraints, in order to…

Autonomous Satellite Recovery Vehicle

In collaboration with ERFSEDS, we would like to send a small satellite attached to a quad-copter as the payload for ERFSEDS rocket which will reach an altitude of 10,000 feet.
