The pilot’s selection of an unsuitable landing site that was covered in deep snow.

Factual narrative

The pilot reported that she landed on a runway that was covered in deep snow which resulted in a nose over and substantial damage to the rudder and fuselage. The pilot reported that there were no pre-accident mechanical failures or malfunctions with the airplane that would have precluded normal operation.
