THE PILOT WAS ON A LOCAL PLEASURE SIGHTSEEING TRIP WHEN THE ENGINE QUIT; THE PILOT ATTEMPTED A FORCED LANDING ON A ROAD.JUST BEFORE TOUCHDOWN THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK TWO POWER LINES.
