WHILE HIGH SPEED TAXIING ON A RUNWAY IN GUSTING WIND CONDITIONS, THE PILOT LOST CONTROL OF HIS AIRPLANE AND IT VEERED INTO A PARKED AIRPLANE ADJACENT TO THE RUNWAY.
