DURING THE SECOND APPROACH HE LANDED AND LOST CONTROL AT OR NEAR THE DEMONSTRATED CROSSWIND COMPONENT LIMIT FOR THIS AIRPLANE. THE AIRPLANE GROUND LOOPED AND NOSED OVER.
