THE PILOT FAILED TO MAINTAIN DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE AIRPLANE DURING THE LANDING ROLL. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS WERE THE ICE AND SLUSH ON THE RUNWAY, THE SNOWBANK, AND THE CROSSWIND.
