Factual narrative
On January 17, 2013, about 1353 universal time coordinated, a Piper PA-31-325, XB-EZY, was substantially damaged when it impacted terrain near Angel Albino Corzo (MMTG), Tuxtla Gutierrez, Mexico. The pilot and six passengers on board were fatally injured. The flight originated from MMTG, and was destined for Hermanos Serdán International Airport (MMPB), Puebla, Mexico. This investigation is under the jurisdiction of the government of Mexico.
