On August 9, 2015, at an unknown time, a De Havilland DHC-2 airplane, United States registration N610LC, was substantially damaged when it impacted mountainous terrain near Akureyri, Iceland. One occupant sustained fatal injuries, and one occupant sustained serious injuries.The investigation is under the jurisdiction of Iceland.
