THE PILOT WAS MAKING TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS ON RUNWAY 30 WITH A WIND FROM ABOUT 180 DEGREES AT 11 KTS. ON THE FOURTH LANDING, THE AIRCRAFT BOUNCED TWO OR THREE TIMES.
