THE ACFT EXPERIENCED A NOSE GEAR COLLAPSE DURING LANDING. THE PLT STATED THAT WHILE ON FINAL APCH THE ACFT CONTACTED A 3-4 FT HIGH SNOWBANK NEAR THE END OF THE RWY WHICH RESULTED IN THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSE.
