Factual narrative

WHILE IN THE LANDING FLARE, THE ACFT APPARENTLY TOUCHED DOWN ON THE NOSE GEAR & BEGAN TO PORPOISE. DURING THE SUBSEQUENT BOUNCES, THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED & THE ACFT NOSED OVER AS IT DEPARTED THE SIDE OF THE RWY.
