Factual narrative

THE PILOT INTENTIONALLY LANDED GEAR UP AFTER AN ELECTRICAL FAILURE AND THE GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND NORMALLY. THE ALTERNATOR SWITCHES WERE FOUND OFF AFTER THE ACCIDENT.
