DELAYED GO-AROUND AND STALL ENCOUNTERED. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS WERE A SNOW BANK, PROPER ALIGNMENT NOT ATTAINED, AND RAISING THE FLAPS NOT PERFORMED BY THE PIC.
