THE PRIVATE PLT AND HIS CFI RATED PAX WERE PRACTICING TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS AT THE LOCAL ARPT. DURING LANDING A WIND GUST PUSHED THE ACFT OFF THE RUNWAY CENTERLINE TO THE RIGHT.
