THE HIGH-WING, TRICYCLE GEAR AIRPLANE WAS TAXIING OUT IN WINDS GUSTING TO 29 KNOTS FROM ABOUT 320 DEGREES. WHILE THE AIRPLANE WAS HEADING 250 DEGREES, IT WAS OVERTURNED TO THE INVERTED POSITION.
