THE PLT STATED THAT DURING THE FINAL APPROACH SEQUENCE HE ENCOUNTERED A GUST OF WIND FOLLOWED BY IMMEDIATE SINKING OF THE ACFT, CAUSING THE ACFT TO BOUNCE.
