THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH A PARKED ACFT WHILE TAXIING IN FROM LANDING. THE PLT COMPLAINED AFTER THE ACCIDENT THAT THE PARKED ACFT WERE TOO CLOSE TO THE TAXIWAY.
