Factual narrative
THE STUDENT PLT WAS ON HIS FIRST SUPERVISED SOLO FLT AND WAS ATTEMPTING HIS THIRD LANDING. DURING THE FLARE, THE ACFT BALLOONED, NOSED OVER AND STRUCK THE RWY ON THE NOSE GEAR.
