STUDENT PILOT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL WHILE LANDING WITH RIGHT QUARTERING WIND. THE ACFT DEPARTED THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY AND THE NOSE GEAR BOGGED DOWN IN SAND.
