THE PLT STATED THAT HE MADE A TIGHT TURN TO FINAL APCH FOR LANDING & ALLOWED THE AIRSPEED TO DISSIPATE. SUBSEQUENTLY, A HIGH SINK RATE DEVELOPED & THE ACFT LANDED HARD.
