THE PILOT WAS PRACTICING CROSSWIND LANDINGS ON RUNWAY 35. THE WIND WAS FROM 290 DEGREES AT 15 GUSTING 23 KNOTS. DURING A LANDING FLARE, A GUST OF WIND WAS ENCOUNTERED.
