THE PILOT WAS USING RWY 34 WITH THE WINDS 190 DEGREES AT 14 KTS GUSTING 20 KTS. THE ACFT LIFTED OFF TO ABOUT 10 FT AND MUSHED BACK TO THE GROUND.
