STUDENT PILOT WAS ON HIS SECOND CROSS-COUNTRY FLIGHT TO THIS AIRPORT. HE STATED THAT AFTER TOUCHDOWN, HE REACHED TO RAISE THE FLAPS AND THE AIRPLANE STARTED TO DRIFT.
