DURING A PRACTICE ILS APPROACH ATC REQUESTED THE FLIGHT REDUCE ITS AIRSPEED FOR TRAFFIC SPACING. THE PILOT COMPLIED AND CONTINUED THE APPROACH WITH THE STALL WARNING HORN SOUNDING INTERMITTENTLY.
