DRG THE LANDING ROLL, THE PLT BELIEVED THERE WAS INSUFFICIENT BRAKING, SO HE INITIATED A GO-AROUND. HE RPRTD THAT ON CLIMB-OUT, THE TAIL OF THE ACFT IMPACTED A 'HILL.'
