THE PILOT REPORTED THAT WHILE LANDING, HE FLARED TOO SOON, TOUCHED DOWN HARD, AND BOUNCED. HE REPORTED THAT HE MADE A POWER ADJUSTMENT AFTER BOUNCING, BUT LANDED HARD AGAIN ON THE SECOND TOUCHDOWN.
