THE DUAL STUDENT WAS EXECUTING TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS. DURING THE TAKEOFF, AT AN ALTITUDE OF APPROXIMATELY 20 FT AGL, THE INSTRUCTOR REDUCED POWER SIMULATING AN ENGINE FAILURE.
